Terms: Orders from new or unestablished accounts are to be prepaid or c.o.d. Established accounts are due net 30 days from date of the invoice. A late charge of 1½% per month, 10% per annum on unpaid balance will be made on all past due accounts; however, in no event shall such a charge exceed lawful limits. Delivery: A 10% freight charge applies to all deliveries. Minimum order per drop is $500.00 for delivery. Regular delivery routes cover a 100 mile radius from our rainbow location, unless special arrangements have been made. Pick-up orders: Customers are welcome to pick up orders at our Rainbow location. For best service, orders should be phoned to our office 24 hours before pick up. Minimum order is $100.00 Claims: It shall be the buyers responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery upon receipt. All liability ceases after plants are loaded onto your truck. We will rectify any mistake made by us, but in no case will our liability be more than the purchase price. No complaints will be considered after 10 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee on pulled orders. Non-Warranty: Rainbow Valley Azalea Growers gives no warranty, expressed or implied, on any and all nursery stock we sell. Rainbow Valley Azalea Growers accepts no responsibility for viability of the plant material once it is accepted by the customer, as we have no control over the numerous environmental and handling conditions the plant material is subjected to once it is received by the customer. No guarantee is made, expressed or implied, regarding the future growing performance of any plant material. Contract Growing: By placing advance orders for azaleas that may be currently limited in availability, you can insure the quality and the availability for future projects and sales. By purchasing in advance you get the azaleas you want at our unbeatable low prices. The contract requires a 25% deposit in order to initiate production and/or reserve plant material.
